HISTORY

Founded by Donald J. Liga, Youngstown Plastic Tooling & Machinery, Inc. has been an originator of specialty machinery and tooling for the plastic industry since 1984. Don was an entrepreneur, keen businessman and a visionary in the plastics industry. He started Y. P. T. M. in a 20,000-square-foot building before acquiring an additional 45,000-square-foot building that houses its tooling and machinery departments. Today, Y. P. T. M. produces over 120 different machinery products for the plastic extrusion industry. With a solid track record and the ability to solve difficult problems with in plant extrusion lines, Y. P. T. M. is able to turnkey projects and develops marketable products for its customers at an affordable price. Our satisfaction and success has been measured by watching our customers grow profits and excel in this ever-growing industry of plastics technology. President and Plant Manager John J.
